A lot of the blogs that caught my eye this week have business focus, maybe because I’m working on a business of my own here. Take a look:

Getting down to business

• The farmers’ markets are about to move inside, and Elyse Williams of The Local Good has a full list of where to find them.
• Poppy Barley has a smart and beautiful magazine on business, family and big dreams.
• Beverley Jackman profiles Of Mountains and Mangoes, a boutique that recent soft-launched in a lovely loft.
• Jennifer Fisk shares 10 lessons she’s learned through 10 years of business.
• Erika Barootes reflects on how Blitz Conditioning has put the lean startup method into action.
• Quite a few local bloggers attended BlogPodium in Vancouver. Check out the insights that Nicole Winski of dutchie love, Kristina of Inspired by Lynne, and Diana of 204 Park brought home.

• Vivian Binnema previews the non-fiction fabulousness that LitFest is bringing to Edmonton this month.
